Kanye West Moves Across from Ex-Wife, Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been all the drama for the past year. The couple was married on May 24, 2014. Now they share four children. Kim announced she filed for divorce in February of 2021, however, it was a long coming. This whole year has been filled with lots of drama between the two -whether it’s Kanye trying to win Kim back or him making a commotion about her new love life.

Just recently, Kanye bought a $4.5 million house right across from Kim’s house after publicly trying to get her back multiple times.

Kanye tells Daily Mail that he wanted to be able to co-parent with Kim easily. Therefore he bought a house, which TMZ describes as “a stone's throw away.”  The couple is still trying to finalize the divorce, living right across from each other is going to make it tough to have space. 

Kim is trying to accommodate Kanye. She knows he just wants to be able to see his kids often and successfully co-parent. However, Kim’s family tells Hollywood Life a little different opinion on this. 

Kim’s family finds Kanye moving across the street from her very weird. They said to Kim that “no one buys a house across the street from their ex-wife while they are divorcing.” Some of the other Kardashians have very successful co-parenting, without their ex living right across the street. Kourtney Kardashian’s three children get to see their father all the time. Khloe’s child, True, has a great relationship with Khole’s ex, Tristan Thompson.  

Divorce involves space and separation. That may be extremely hard for the couple to have when they have barely any separation happening now. 

This all occurred after Kim started dating famous comedian and actor, Pete Davidson. Kanye was far from happy about that relationship since he is still trying to somehow get Kim back. According to TMZ, during the concert he did with Drake, he changed the lyrics of “Runaway” to “I need you to run right back to me, more specifically Kimberly.” 

After publicly begging for Kim back all of November of 2021, Kanye is now dating Julia Fox. She announced they were officially dating shortly after New Years Day; the day they went on their first date. Many think Kanye has moved across the street to not just see his kids more often but also win Kim back. However, he now is involved with someone else, but that also can be in spite of Kim's relationship with Davidson. 

This couple has had so much back and forth love/hate the past year; now with this Kanye moving fuss, it makes it seem there will be plenty more drama coming up.
